Requirements and Policies

To ensure the safety of everyone, your dog must meet all of the requirements listed below, prior to booking. Proper documentation must be provided by  drop-off, if you fail to provide the proper documents on-time, Cozy Canine's Home Sweet Boarding, LLC has the right to refuse services.

Proof of Good Health

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required before time of drop-off. Vaccinations consist of: (photos of docs are fine!)

  • Rabies

  • DHLPP 5 in 1 shot (distemper)

  • Bordetella (canine cough)

  • Annual fecal exam for Giardia and common parasites

Flea & Tick Treatment

Meet & Greets

Dogs must be subjected to a flea and tick treatment before time of stay.

All dogs must be non-aggressive and should not be food or toy protective. For safety purposes, owner's will need to sign a contract stating their dog has not harmed or exhibited aggressive behavior toward and person or other dog.

All dogs must attend a brief initial "meet and greet" prior to the first day of care/boarding. A completed application, dog profile, and current vaccinations records must be supplied at the time of the meet and greet. Meet & greets are highly recommended and beneficial for all involved. Meet & greets give your dog(s) the opportunity to become familiar with our family, as well as our home and fur-babies! This also gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your pup, and answer any questions you may have. This is especially important for your dog(s), and helps set them at ease during actual drop-off, already knowing their surroundings and scents!
